Yes, credit terms option is available and will be offered to eligible buyers upon successful credit evaluation.
How can I be eligible for credit terms?
To be eligible for credit terms, you would need to submit a request via your designated relationship manager upon request for quotation. This request must be accompanied by your company SSM certification, Form 49 and three (03) months company’s bank statement. Once we have received your documentations, a simple credit evaluation will be performed and we shall update you with your credit eligibility.
What are the Credit Terms offered?
Credit terms will be offered based on your spend pattern and eligibility. It will be based on a monetary value that will also be tied to an agreed payment cycle. Each company will be treated in a personalised manner
Do I enjoy better pricing if I make immediate payment and not take the Credit Terms option?
Definitely. You will enjoy the best price value if your orders are completed with immediate payments either via credit card or FPX (Online Bank Transfer).

All sourcings are carried out with registered organisations under the Ministry of Agriculture to ensure that the produce supplied to our clients meets the quality and food safety standards set by the Ministry. In addition to that, airasia grocer will also assign our food quality specialists to audit the farms regularly to ensure that quality is constantly maintained and freshness is ensured.
How much is the delivery charge for one order?
The fee varies according to the areas of delivery and logistic partners engaged to fulfil your order. The fee (if applicable) will be indicated at the quotation when you place your request.
